Over the past decade, Dylan Harper has held senior executive positions across the private, public, and third sectors — including Interim CEO, Non-Executive Director, and Chair of a national charity. His leadership career spans complex business transformations, governance reform, and commercial repositioning, with a focus on creating sustainable, people-centred growth. He has led multi-million-pound turnarounds, supported founders through exit strategies, and restructured teams and services to deliver long-term value.
Dylan is the Group CEO and a founding Partner of tbh Ventures, a values-led investment group that acquires and builds UK-based businesses for enduring impact. He also serves as Chair of the Dementia Trust, where he champions innovation in care, the power of lived experience, and policy reform within the dementia space.
He is a longstanding member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Public Relations Consultants Association, and the Chartered Management Institute. Dylan is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a recognised voice in socially conscious business leadership. Earlier in his career, he was named one of Scotland’s Top 20 Under 30 in recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements and leadership potential.
